First sewing tutorial :) ♥ Първи урок по шиене :)

I didn't write anything here because I had to do something super important. So, ladies and gentleman, tadadadaaaaaaaaaa.. my first ever sewing tutorial. :) The thing you will see down is made using my sewing machine which I have from two weeks only and currently I have skills only for straight seams (well.. not always so straight). So please be indulgent.

So here is the tutorial how to make your dog happy or at least to change his bed with more fashionable one that suits his fur.
Please note that you should sew from the inside of the fabric (I learned it the hard way).

We cut two pieces with the following dimensions:

We sew up the pieces like this:

Sew up the two big pieces together and leave only one not sewed for cover. Here the ugly truth comes out and we see how all the seams ran askew.

Put up the batting:

Sew up the cover and call the unsuspecting dog:

Hold in your hand a slice of bacon or something yummy in order to make the dog look happy on the pics. You should make a beautiful picture of the "happy" dog after making this tutorial and send it to me.

Вие само трябва да запомните обаче, че шиенето на калъфчето за легло се прави винаги от обратната страна на плата, аз това малко по трудния начин го открих.
